eMIMS Mobile

eMIMS Mobile allows landlords and tenants participating in the HCVP of local housing authorities serviced by McCright & Associates to access their scheduled and inspected HAP properties from their mobile devices. Then users can search by event id or property address. The eMIMS Mobile directly interfaces with inspection results data and the collected information regarding the deficiencies cited by the inspector. Users also have the ability to view photos of the cited deficiencies.

eMIMS Mobile provides the tools necessary to track and inform tenant and landlords of their inspection results 9at any time) conducted by McCright & Associates, LLC. The eMIMS Mobile app is easy to use, understand and quick to gain access to your inspections information. Property locations can be searched and sorted showing up-to-date property information, allowing the user stay on top of property maintenance and adhering to the HUD guidelines as specified by the local Public Housing Authorities Administration Plan and the HUD Section 8 standards.

eMIMS Mobile also provides direct access to www.results.mccright.com For those inspections eligible for self-certification, participant can submit self-certifications for repairs completed against prior inspection deficiencies. Streamlined, efficient, and comprehensive, the eMIMS Mobile app affords maintenance personnel, tenants, and landlords the quickest possible access to their inspection results and any upcoming scheduled appointments.

To use eMIMs Mobile app, the user must first register with the eMIMS system server. For Landlords, registration requires a valid housing-agency-assigned Landlord Id. For tenants, registration requires a valid “Event Id” assigned to the inspection by the McCright eMIMS system (provided on all inspection notification letters) .
