Offline Support:

In case the device is offline or has no connection, mobile features are adjusted to;

• Download the entire Order related data (when online) and create complete Orders even when working in remote locations without internet connectivity.

• Enable user to still using some features like results, Contact information and drop off location details.

As part of the Mobile app the below features are available to Customers;

• Results – View results for the samples sent to the lab for analysis.

• Orders – Create and send Orders to the lab for analysis.

• Notifications – Receive push notifications

• Drop-off locations – View the nearest drop-off locations and get driving directions.

• Contact us – View Customer support information.

• Subscription notifications – Create events to receive push notifications.
