Danny, a sports coach for 10 years, designed the Ergo concept with the desire to combine sport, healthy eating and pleasure.
At Ergo, you will be taken care of at 360°, both at the sporting and nutritional level.
2 options offered:
1- Private coaching: alone, in duo or in trio
2- Coaching in small groups with themed lessons
Private coaching:
A personalized meeting with the coach to assess your goals and create a tailor-made session. A food follow-up can be set up with a weekly weighing and taking measurements if necessary.
Small groups:
Group lessons of 4 to 8 people depending on the theme, to be booked directly on the ERGO COACHING app.

- THE LEGDAY: special class for legs and glutes
- THE BOOTCAMP: Intense and fun course with the goal of surpassing yourself!
- STRENGTH: to develop muscle strength
- THE HIIT: intense cardio class of 45 minutes without break
- CROSS TRAINING: Combination of weightlifting, gym and cardio
- THE HAND STAND: learning to balance on the hands
- THE RUN AND ABS: mix of running and abs strengthening
- THE MARATHONIAN: course dedicated to the preparation of the 10 km races, the half-marathon or the marathon.
- STRENGTH: classic class to strengthen the whole body
- NUTRITION: 30 minutes of nutrition with weighing and 30 minutes of intense cardio
- lessons for all levels
- course not recommended for beginners
