Calisthenico is a workout helper app that guides you through workout routines you created.

The workout routines are designed to be done as cycles of different exercises. When you create your routines, you can specify the cycle count, resting time between cycles and exercises, and the exercises in the routine. Before starting a workout, just select your routine and play it, and Calisthenico will guide you through it by telling you which exercise to do next and for how long (how many reps). Say goodbye to looking for a stopwatch or a wall clock at the other side of the gym, Calisthenico will count down for you so that you know exactly how long you have been holding that plank.
