The Virtual Mindfulness Meditation App aka VMM uses a proprietary sound technology that creates a relaxing 3D surround effect to enhance and deepen the meditation experience.

Features

VMM offers 6 different types of meditations. Depending on the meditations, duration range from 3 to 25 minutes. Optionally, you can also select a background ambience for each meditation. One of the most interesting features of VMM is the use of 3D binaural sound, which creates a very immersive meditative experience.

All audio files are embedded in the app. This means that they are downloaded to your device once, thus saving on mobile data charges and allowing VMM to be used without mobile network access.

This App uses google Firebase login to keep your information safe and secured with google.

Instructor

All VMM meditations are guided by Bill Culman. Bill has been practicing various forms of meditation for over 40 years. He has completed the UCLA MARC (Mindful Awareness Research Center) mindfulness instructor training program and teaches regularly in the SF Bay Area.
