Expenses Zone TM, to provide a

service for Expenses tracking and management via the Internet. The Client (defined

below) desires to subscribe to the Expenses Zone Service (defined below) and

Expenses Zone desires to provide access to the Expenses Zone Service to Client on

the terms and conditions set forth herein.
