Health is a gift that cannot be ignored, but in today’s world it is just the opposite. People are so tensed in their life or worked up that the last possible area of focus or concern for an individual is their health. In this fight for survival and show of supremacy and power and wealth, individuals are stretching their physical limits. Apart from this, there are sections who are so indulged in food that they ignore health concerns and hazards of non healthy food. As a result people end up having various forms of physical problems that tend to rupture the essence of a normal lifestyle. Various problems such as diabetes, blood pressure, heart problems, liver problems, kidney issues, skin problems, bone issues, asthma etc. crop up at an early age and slowly become a matter of great concern for every individual.

In an effort to bring about awareness and ease people’s problems, FAI introduces, F – Check, a feature that converts your smart phone into a Body Scanner based on an individual’s Body Mass Index (BMI) which subsequently is dependent upon an individual’s Height and Weight. Upon entering the required details into the respective fields, F – Check provides an individual’s BMI report which categorizes the health condition of that particular individual.

There are six different categories that an Individual is categorized as mentioned:

1. Under Weight – 0 – 18.5 on BMI scale

2. Near Under Weight – 18.6 – 20.5 on BMI scale

3. Normal Weight – 20.6 – 22.5 on BMI scale

4. Near Over Weight – 22.6 – 24.9 on BMI scale

5. Over Weight – 25 – 29.9 on BMI scale

6. Obese – 30 >

Based on the above readings, F - Check provides details on the Risk Factors, Causes and Remedies for an individual’s health conditions.
