Kazem Al-Saher (September 12, 1957 -), an Iraqi singer and composer who holds both Canadian and Qatari nationalities, is Kazem Jabbar Ibrahim al-Samarrai, Al-Mosli, born. He is known to have composed all of his songs by himself so far, with the exception of a few songs in which he used other composers. He has many titles, the most important of which is "The Ambassador of the Iraqi Song" and "Caesar of the Arabic Song," which was awarded to him by the late Syrian poet Nizar Qabbani.
