Well, airsoft is a game very similar to paintball.

Everybody in the game has some kind of pistol. After making sure you've done all the safety precautions (inlcuding using the goggles), you will head out to the field. When the game starts, the goal is usually to eliminate the other players by shooting them X number of times. If they are shot that many times, they are out until the next round.
