With brand New Gym equipment, cardio and weights area, which includes state of the art Steelflex, Precor and Octane fitness equipment, we are here to provide you the very best in all areas of fitness as well as the friendly service that will place a smile for everyone who enters our gym. We are here to assist you with your goal or dream and extend our family with your own.The Gym will soon expand to allow us to have more services for our very valued clients, this will include a spin bike room, boxing circuit and cross fit training within our car park.

Bodyflex Gym is a 24/7 fitness centre and we will never close the doors, the gym will also be maned so no one misses out on your goals that you have set. Bodyflex Gym 24/7 is based in 207 Gladstone Park Drive, Gladstone Park Shopping Centre and owned by a local family. We have ample parking space and everything you need on the one level.
