What is leadership?

It is the process where the influence of a person is on other people to recognize a set of objectives; The leader manages an organization in an appropriate manner, the leaders are also responsible for this task using their leadership skills. In other words, a person may be in charge of a company, but that does not make him a leader.

Being the boss is not the same as being a leader. The boss can get others to do their job either by obedience, money, fear of losing their job, while the leader motivates them by making them feel comfortable in the workplace.

When a person tries to make a decision if they trust another person as a leader, what they do is observe their behavior; It determines whether he is a noble and trustworthy person or a selfish person who only serves himself and uses his authority for his good benefit. So, to be a good leader, a person must have ethics and worry about the well-being of their team. The leader should be interested in doing a good job instead of seeking to earn only money.

People who want to be led by others often look for the following attributes:

1 - Must be a person with ethics, trustworthy and noble trust.

2 - A person who knows what he is doing and makes his team believe that he or she knows the way forward to achieve the objectives.
