MedIQ

MedIQ is the official mobile application of the Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement. It is used by entities, hospitals, and warehouses operating within the Authority's system to manage their daily operations electronically.

The application provides an integrated system for managing inventory, assets, pharmaceutical dispensing, warehouses, and purchase orders. It can function offline and automatically synchronizes data when an internet connection is available.

Key Features:

- Inventory Management: View items, quantities, expiration dates, and incoming and outgoing transactions for each item.

- Electronic Stocktaking: Organized inventory sessions using barcode and QR code scanning, with detailed results reports.

- Asset Management: Register, classify, locate, and attach photos of assets, and manage replacement and disposal processes.

- Pharmaceutical Dispensing and Warehouses: Dispensing requests, item dispensing, and consumption, with electronic PIN/OTP approvals for enhanced security.

- Purchase Orders and Supply Orders: Create and track purchase orders, supply orders, and priced deliveries from suppliers.

- Receiving Supplies: Receive purchase orders and supply orders between entities within the Authority easily and accurately.

- Smart Scanning: Scan barcodes and QR codes for items and users, and read the Egyptian national ID card to register beneficiary data.

- Instant Notifications: Alerts for approval requests, items nearing expiry, and order status.

- Offline Mode: Perform operations offline and secure synchronization upon reconnection.

- Supports Arabic and English languages ​​and responsive designs for all screen sizes.

MedIQ is dedicated to authorized employees within entities affiliated with the Egyptian Authority for Unified Procurement and requires a valid user account to access services.
