The user can also search for specific issue he/she is facing. In case the user could not find the issue or solve it by seeing the video, he/she can contact us to solve the issue.

The Application is free of cost to use. The development team will charge money only in case they have to solve the problem

, in other words if could not resolve the issue yourself and need help from our developers team that is when we charge you.

The payment should given only if the issue was solved. The developers team will be using team viewer to fix the problems, so make sure to have Quicksupport install in your device.
