  Hi, for this update, the layout design is cleaner than before.
  For the chart, it was a line chart, now it is a bar chart, i think it suits the use case better.
  A new feature is added, you can now save the activity level chart as an image.
  The video and image content of the app are still the same, i will work on them for the next update.

  The app size is pretty small now.
  The images are clearer than before.
  i added a demonstration video in every exercise, where i show the movement, and explain some things about it.
  The videos are on YouTube, so you the app needs internet to show the videos.
  This is the first update with embedded videos, if it is not working, please contact me.
  The graph part is still the same.
