All of our friendly staff have many years experience in the industry, offering a unique and healthy food concept on Portswood Road. We bring simple everyday quality food, with a healthy twist to Southampton.

We understand that the first bite of the food is the most important with intensifying flavours, freshest ingredients possible, a sauce of your choice to provide the perfect meal.

To finish a perfect meal off we recommend trying one of our perfectly baked light & fluffy cream cakes and freshly ground coffee to finish off the Simple Eat Co experience.
