Speedometer: GPS HUD & Trips

GPS speedometer for car, motorbike, bike and boat: a big, clear speedometer with HUD, the speed limit of the road you are on and every trip recorded. Afterwards you watch your drive again in 3D.

Speed comes straight from the GPS Doppler signal, so the speedometer stays accurate even at walking pace and does not jump when the position wobbles.

WHAT THE SPEEDOMETER DOES

• Live speed: km/h, mph or knots on a large dial, readable at a glance

• Speed limit: the limit OpenStreetMap has for your road, shown as a sign

• Speed alarm: tone or voice warning above your limit, silent during calls

• HUD mode: mirrored speed for the windshield at night

• Floating speed: a small speedometer on top of navigation or music apps

• Traffic warnings (optional): roadworks, jams and accidents ahead

• Train detection: alerts pause by themselves on a train

EVERY TRIP RECORDED

• Trip computer: distance, driving time, stops, top and average speed, time over the speed limit

• G-force: peak braking, acceleration and cornering

• Trip history with speed graph, GPX and CSV export

• Share card: route map, stats and speed profile as one picture

• Recording keeps running in the background with the screen off

NEW: YOUR TRIP IN 3D

• 3D view: the whole route on a 3D satellite map, move, zoom and tilt it yourself

• 3D flight video: share it as a video in one tap
