With the FABULARIS app, you can report concerns and damage to us around the clock, including photo documentation, via smartphone. In addition, we provide you with a digital document folder with important documents for your property(s). We use the digital bulletin board to proactively provide push notifications about important information about the properties entrusted to us.

How to register for the FABULARIS app:

- You will receive a personalized email from us with an invitation to join the FABULARIS app

- Press the “Confirm registration” button and enter your personally chosen password

- Download the FABULARIS app for your smartphone
