Farm Aid is a technology solution that adopts pull and push system using short message service (SMS), Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Web and farmer call center to engage and provide information on good agricultural practices(GAP) as it relates to crop production, market prices of crops, weather information, business advisory, market linkage, farm inputs sourcing, livestock production and animal health to smallholder farmers. As well as providing a channel which farmers can ask questions on the different aspects of their processes.

We provide an integrated Agriculture extension portal that has a call centre of agricultural experts where you can send in your questions via SMS or make a call to the farmer call center to speak to an expert for instant help on agri-related challenges. Once you sign up, you will also receive agri tips on crop and livestock, market prices and weather updates.
