FIELD EXPERT is an UPL application for the field Sales Forces
FIELD EXPERT is an UPL mobile application intended to increase the performance of sales forces in the field, in particular, in advising and promoting solutions (such as seeds, fertilizers, phytosanitary products, biostimulants, equipment, etc.).
This mobile application works on tablets. With the “Off Line” mode, FIELD EXPERT can be used in areas with no internet coverage where the sales forces are expected to be on daily basis.
Conceived as a real field tool, FIELD EXPERT is an easy and intuitive platform, composed of very practical modules which respond concretely to the daily needs of the sales forces.
Thanks to its functional navigation menu, FIELD EXPERT allows the sales forces to easily orient themselves in this complete application which includes in particular the modules for the development of useful knowledge on pasts, crops, markets, customers, and products. The sales forces can thus respond very easily and quickly to the customer's problem, whatever the theme addressed:
The pest module provides a very dynamic way of grasping all of the issues, knowing which crops they act on, which periods are at risk of occurrence and what the associated impacts are. For each pest, there is an illustrated technical sheet to understand the technical issues.
The crop module was developed as a very practical dashboard allowing to understand well how culture develops by relying on the BBCH stages, what are the problems identified by stage, by attacked organs and what are the solutions proposed to eradicate these pests.
The product module allows you to master all of the integrated ranges of solutions offered (including seeds, fertilizers, biostimulants, plant protection products, personal protection equipment, protective equipment, tools, etc.), by crop or by type of product.
The market vision module makes it possible to consolidate field knowledge by allowing very fluid feedback of market data by the sales forces relating to 2 complementary approaches: crops and customers.
The crop approach allows a mapping of the crops grown, including the area and the expected yield.
The customer approach allows the construction of a robust customer segmentation.
The product module makes it possible to present the proposed solution in great detail: the spectrum of action, the strengths, the mode of action, the authorized uses, the precautions for use with the safety instructions in the event of an incident, the bio-efficiency and yield graphs, as well as the packaging and prices offered.
Equipped with a search engine, it is possible to directly access, from the navigation menu, to pest or productt.
FIELD EXPERT also offers other modules such as management of promotional campaigns, the aim of which is to enable the Sales Force to fully understand the different types of scheduled events, such as trade fairs and exhibitions in which the company participates, demonstration trials , customer seminars, advertising communications which are set up to introduce customers to new technical solutions.
FIELD EXPERT finally includes a multimedia section with audio and video promotion tools (TV & radio spots, demonstration films, brochures, etc.) to support the salesperson's arguments.
It is with this "dynamic data management" approach that FIELD EXPERT, structured in the back office into solid databases, is positioned as a benchmark tool within the organization.
