FitXtreme is your own free personal trainer. FitXtreme is an initiative to help hundreds of thousands of individuals sitting at home access personal training for free in order to be healthier versions of themselves. FitXtreme provides you a wide range of workouts to choose from. You can use FitXtreme to lose fat, gain muscle, improve your posture and build immunity and resistance. In today’s world when most of the people don’t have time to go to a gym, FitXtreme brings personal training to your home.

How our journey began:

We, the founding members of FitXtreme, have been training for a long time and are involved in a variety of fitness and sports activities. In the first quarter of 2020 when lockdowns were declared in different parts of the world, we all were struck by the same question- How do we maintain our fitness levels staying at home? A few of us built their own home-gyms ordering equipment at home whereas others went for pure bodyweight workouts. The objective was to maintain the fitness levels and not lose the progress achieved after years of training. Although we figured out the way to stay fit at home, we knew that there are many people across the globe facing the same problem. We also knew that this period was even more difficult for beginners who had no access to training and did not know the basics of health and fitness. Apart, the spread of virus and the havoc caused by it made us realize that fitness is not a luxury anymore and every single person should have a free access to a healthier way of living. We decided that we would combine our knowledge and create a platform that would help hundreds of thousands of people across the globe be healthy and fit staying at home.

How to use the app:

The app is extremely easy to use. All you need to do is select a profile – For ex. Muscle building at home for beginners. The app gives you the entire schedule for the week. You just have to start your day 1 and finish the day. Similarly, you need to start day 2, day 3 and so on. For fat loss, you can use any of the 5 profiles available. Each one will ensure that you burn a good number of calories.
