Flushy: Poop & Gut Tracker

Flushy is a private poop tracker and gut health log built on the Bristol Stool Chart. Log a bowel movement in seconds, track stool type and color, and spot the food, stress and habit patterns behind your digestion. No account, no cloud: your health data never leaves your phone.

WHY PEOPLE USE FLUSHY

- Living with IBS, IBD, Crohn's or ulcerative colitis and want a clear bowel diary

- Dealing with constipation, diarrhea or bloating and trying to find triggers

- Preparing for a gastroenterologist or doctor's visit and need a stool log to share

- Tracking how diet changes (fiber, dairy, gluten, coffee, alcohol) affect your gut

- Parents who want a simple baby poop tracker with newborn-safe color guidance

BRISTOL STOOL CHART LOGGING

Rate each bowel movement on the medically recognized 7-type Bristol Stool Scale. Types 1-2 flag constipation, 3-4 are healthy, 5-7 point to diarrhea. Each type comes with a plain-language explanation.

STOOL COLOR TRACKER

Log 8 stool colors, from brown and green to yellow, black, red or pale. Flushy explains what each color usually means and when it is worth mentioning to a doctor.

QUICK TAGS FOR TRIGGERS

One tap to add context: coffee, spicy food, alcohol, fiber, water, stress, medication, travel, period, dairy, exercise. Flushy correlates tags with your stool type to surface patterns like "dairy days tend to be looser".

EVIDENCE-BASED GUT HEALTH METRICS

No made-up scores. Flushy shows the share of your logs inside the Bristol healthy range (types 3-4) and your bowel movements per week against the accepted normal range of 3 a day to 3 a week, with the sources one tap away. Insights add type and color distribution, month-over-month comparison, a 365-day heatmap and the patterns detected in your last 7 days.

PERSONALIZED WELLNESS TIPS

After each log, Flushy shows a short evidence-based tip tailored to what you logged: hydration for constipation, fiber balance, when to keep an eye on symptoms. Tips are informational, not medical advice.
