Fraser the bot

You know those question and answer trivia games? Fraser isn't really like that. He's a little more difficult to get along with.

Fraser selects a randomish article from Wikipedia. He waits for you to send him a guess. If your guess matches the article title, he congratulates you and selects another article to frustrate you with. Otherwise, he uses your guess to pick a sentence from the article. He shows you the sentence. Sort of.
