1.Dailyneedz.com will procure the goods from vendor's on wholesale prices basis And their will be no minimum order value.

2.Dailyneedzz will collect the order on credit basis and payment will be deposited to vendor account within 24 hours of collection.

3.Dailyneedzz will assigned authorized delivery man and a code number will share with Vendor.

Note: Authorized code will not valid in case of termination of delivery man .

4.The Vendors has no rights to disclosed the rates to delivery man.

5.The delivery and Goods charges between Daily Needz and Customer. Vendors has no legal rights to demand benefits in delivery and goods.

6.Daily needz will bare the cost of delivery man, Vehicles , Fuel etc where Vendors has no role or control.

7.Dailyneedzz.com reserved the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the order at any time if a customer cancle Or refuses to collect the order.

8.Both Parties has right to terminate their agreement by providing one month written notice.
