Once subscribed to the app, you will have access to ALL of its content. There will be follow-along workouts that can be done from home without any equipment. These workouts are meant to improve your strength, stability, and cardiovascular health.
Each workout will be clear with what exercise is coming next...giving you time to prepare. There will be 12-15 NEW workouts posted every week.
All workouts are done HIIT style, and with a timer. No counting reps! I even have the timer built into the workout for you. There are workouts for Beginners, Intermediates, and Advanced athletes. Every workout is meant to be done fast. Meaning no workout will exceed 30 minutes...very few even go as long as 20!
The types of workouts to expect:
Beginner Workouts - Not meant to be overly exhausting. These workouts will help you improve/develop strength and stability in body weight training while raising your heart rate at the same time.
Intermediate Workouts - If you have some experience when it comes to working out, but not necessarily body weight training. These workouts will help improve your cardiovascular health drastically, while continuing to improve strength.
Advanced Workouts - Experience body weight athletes. These are meant to be very challenging. NOT for the faint of heart. Take your strength and cardio to the next level!
