Great Athlete is a long-term athletic development program providing optimal training and recovery strategies for each stage of athletic development. Consisting mostly of 3D, ground-based movements, we provide each athlete an individualized training program designed to build athletic strength, power, speed, and endurance.

Adam Hernandez, the creator of Great Athlete, has well over 10 years of training experience. He first began training local athletes while completing his undergrad in Sports and Health Science. He would go on to attain a Master’s Degree, open his own fitness and performance training studio, and help youth, high school, college, and professional athletes reach peak performance.
