• CALLS: Did you see a burnt-out lamp on your pad? Open the Grupo Peres app, take a photo and send it to your management right away! Record your: doubts, suggestions, maintenance, complaints and requests. No more occurrence books.

• MAINTENANCE: Stay on top of when the Caixa D'Água cleaning will take place and schedule yourself for the maintenance of the condominium. Liquidators organize themselves with the demands of the condominium. No more problems and communication failures in maintenance.
