GymX offers many different gym calculators, fitness calculators and lifting calculators. Keeping up with your personal fitness can help you stay motivated and on track.
This application will help with gym fitness, weight lifting and weight management with 4 different calculators in one application. The four different calculators are all 100% accurate using professional power lifting formulas used to figure out 1RPM, BMI, BMR, and TDEE.
Calculators in app:
1RPM is a great and widely used calculator for beginner to expert gym goers. Using accurate formulas it will estimate how much based on weight and the amount of reps how much you can do in 1 rep. Also under this section is a percentage calculator where you can input a weight and find out the percentages you could possibly do with that weight
BMI is a great calculator to track you body mass and fat which tells you if your under weight, normal or over. Disclaimer: if your a bodybuilder it may say your over weight when you are really not.
BMR is a great to calculate your base metabolism rate is you were to sit for 24 hours and will output the amount of calories you would burn in that day. It's also a great way to calculate your base calorie intake
TDEE is a great popular calculator to show based on the amount of exercise you do per day and output the amount of calories you would burn and would help with how many calories you could intake per day.
