Halomedis POS

Halomedis POS is a cashier terminal for healthcare facilities—community health centers, clinics, and independent practices—that already use the Halomedis information system.

This application replaces computer-based cashier desks with compact, fast, and ready-to-use Android tablets or POS machines that require staff to use without extensive training.

All data—patient lists, procedure fees, laboratory fees, and transaction history—is retrieved directly from your healthcare facility's server in real time. No fees need to be re-entered, and no transaction data is left on the device.

KEY FEATURES

• Real-time cashier queue

The list of patients awaiting payment is updated automatically. Staff simply tap the patient's name to open the bill details.

• Complete bill details

Procedures, medications, medical devices, and laboratory tests are displayed in detail, along with the total, just like in the web application.

• Multi-method payment

A single bill can be paid in cash, bank transfer, card, or a combination of several methods, depending on the settings applicable to your facility.

• Print thermal receipts

Receipts are printed using the POS machine's built-in printer or a Bluetooth ESC/POS printer. The receipt content follows the data stored on the server, so it always aligns with the bookkeeping.

• Retail sales

Serve procedures and examinations without going through the clinic — simply select the item from the catalog and process the payment in the same line.

• Add items to the current bill

Additional items can be entered directly from the cashier without switching to a computer.

• New visit registration

Cashiers can register clinic visits for registered patients,

complete with the same queue number as the counter.

• Self-registration via QR

New patients simply scan the QR code displayed on the screen and then enter their information themselves from their mobile phone. Once completed, the data immediately appears on the cashier's screen.

• Customer screen (dual screen)

On dual-screen POS devices like the iMin, billing details and the registration QR code are automatically displayed on the patient-facing screen.
