The Hanna Lab App now features Hanna Cloud compatibility. Once connected, data from HALO and HALO2 probes, HI98494 and HI97115 meters, can be automatically uploaded to Hanna Cloud. Hanna Cloud is a free web-based application accessible from your PC, tablet, or phone. Features will vary depending on the connected device. They include but are not limited to live measurements, trend graphs, log history, device settings, alarms, and target ranges.

Users of certain Pixel phones with Android 9 have reported problems connecting to Halo probes. This has been resolved in Halo probes with the latest firmware (1.02). Please contact your local Hanna office for support.

2.0.1 is a minor release that fixes several crashes related to sharing CSV and PDF data in some regional formats, and in certain connection scenarios.

1. Turn off Bluetooth > Open Hanna Lab App > Turn On Halo > Press Bluetooth Symbol > Enable Bluetooth through the App

2. Open Settings Menu > Connections > More connection settings > Turn nearby device scanning Off
