At Hara Yoga Barcelona you have Yoga classes of different styles, Workshops and Training Courses in a large 600 m2 center, with three cozy rooms in the center of Barcelona.

Our philosophy takes care of tradition and draws on contemporary knowledge of yoga so that your practice is as useful and healthy as possible.

You can enjoy classes for all levels and types of practice, so that your body and mind find balance. Whether you are new to yoga or experienced, at Hara Yoga Studio you will find a warm, relaxed and familiar environment where you can develop this wonderful path.

Our yoga studio is a space dedicated to the learning, teaching and practice of Yoga where, in addition, other activities related to personal development and comprehensive well-being are taught. The objective is to offer a place of growth, calm and physical and spiritual relaxation.

Our teaching staff is made up of people with extensive experience, preparation, enthusiasm and fully committed to their work, way of life and teaching.
