Fixed a few bugs. Most notably the missing energy in the speed trial and the bug that prevented some players from watching ads.
For players convenience, attribute limits are now shown in the more info view (click the "?" next to each attribute.) and all dungeons can be scrolled through in the dungeon select menu but you can only enter if your rank is sufficient.
