Complete Health Management app connecting doctors , pharmacies and Medical services. The purpose of this application is to connect patients with doctors for seeking opinion, where patients can take photos, videos, write text and submit to doctors or other members of the group. This application also has a functionality for uploading prescriptions and reports. Based on the prescriptions, application generates reminders as alerts when medication has to be taken. This application also has a separate module for doctors that provides visibility of patient records and their history.
