Highwind Emergency Calls

Call medical emergencies (SAMU 15) anywhere in France or their equivalent in all countries of the world, and transmit Photos, GPS Position, pre-recorded information and AI pre-diagnosis to centers equipped by HighWind. Artificial intelligence makes it possible to carry out pre-diagnostics to help rescuers identify the people most at risk during a major crisis (terrorist attack, natural disaster, fire, etc.)

Protection of private life :

- No information (GPS, position, photos, medical data) is collected outside of the triggering of an emergency call

- All information sent is pseudo-anonymized and automatically destroyed within 24 hours

- If the nearest SAMU center is not equipped by HighWind, the application allows you to call it anyway, and the photos sent are pseudo-anonymized and are used for artificial intelligence training to improve effectiveness of emergency calls, before being destroyed

- No information collected during an emergency is transmitted to a third party that is not linked to the emergency chain (eg SAMU, firefighters, first aiders, hospital)
