HOIY app is a homeowner’s mobile application for on-demand emergency alerting and home service contact information. It is an effective and efficient alerting system for emergencies and home service assistance required by residents and homeowners living in a private villages and condominiums. It is a complete end-to-end solution from client device app, to reporting Terminal console, and generation of reports when security and safety are the primary concern when traditional telephony or intercom system is impractical nor applicable due to site constraint. Also, there is a vast mobile devices in use today by many people that are more convenient reporting tools. Any village community will find it easy to set up the system where only a Tablet device is needed to have a full running Emergency reporting center that any house guard can operate. This device can be connected via data to the HOIY Cloud server. It requires very little training to navigate the application and the central reporting console system.
