HOPE

Hope is an employment platform developed by National Institute of Technology Puducherry to connect job seekers and employers.

Workers can find jobs in their vicinity. Registration is simple, requiring only name, phone number and Aadhar number. Includes a search feature that filters through the results seamlessly.

The worker can choose to share his/her previous employment details. The job listings are optimized according to district and provide turn by turn navigation to the job location.

Employers can upload job openings of any kind by sharing a description and attaching the current location via GPS. Registration is simple, requiring only name, phone number and Aadhar number. Employers retain full control over the job listings and can add multiple job postings, edit or delete them.

Available in five languages: Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam and English.
