Hostel Complaint Management (Admin)

The web system and mobile application prototype will be used to manage complaint for hostel in UNISEL, Bestari Jaya and Shah Alam. By using the application, either staffs or students are able to submit complaint and check the complaint progress through mobile phone. The application helps to make the process of complaint management become more efficient and easier. As for the administrator, a web system will assist them in managing the complaints.
