How2tell is for people with epilepsy who want to learn HOW to tell others about their epilepsy. The How2tell app will help you quickly develop your own way of telling , that you can use and adapt to your situation. Using the experiences of other people (aged 18+) with a range of forms of epilepsy, How2tell gives practical information about how to: become comfortable with your epilepsy; decide why, who and when to tell; use different opportunities to tell; tell people depending on who they are; make the message ordinary; and deal with people’s reactions.
