1. SERVICE PROVIDERS

Huznia allows Home/Workplace Service Providers to Signup and describe their services. Once registered and email and telephone is verified and profile is approved by admin, the service will be "searchable" by a Service Seeker in within that location. The Service Provider gets 1 month free then pays a subscription fee depending on area of coverage to maintain their listing.

2. SERVICE SEEKERS

Huznia allows Home/Workplace Service Seekers to Signup. Once their emails, telephone contact are verified and profile approved by admin, the user is able to search for service providers around them.

3. ADVERTS

Huznia allows Service Providers and Service Seekers to post, view/search ads.

Approved Ads are only shown within the App to users who have set the "Receive Marketing Materials" preference to "Yes" . They can opt out at any time.

4. SERVICE PROVIDERS CATEGORIES

Huznia has predefined list of categories to make it easier for users to narrow down their searches.

5. MAIN FEATURES AND CONTROLS

* Search for Service Providers quickly by service category or keyword within area of coverage.

* A Service Seeker can only see the Service Providers Telephone contact after Service request is confirmed by the Service Provider.

* A Service Provider can see the Service Seekers Telephone contact after Service request is confirmed by the Service Provider.

* Both the Service Provider and Service Seeker must be online so as to be connected with each other. Huznia uses geolocation to find services within desired area.

* Service Providers and Seekers must upload relevant documentation such as ID and certification depending on the category.

* Huznia allows Service Providers and Seekers to rate each other after a Service is completed.

* The system allows feedback from users which the admin can use for actioning or app improvement.

* A Profile requires approval by admin everytime changes are made.

* Users are always reminded of healthy and safety tips before accepting to offer a service.

* We do not charge any commissions earned by the Service Provider.

* The Request by the Service Seeker has a complete workflow that enables both parties to manage the request such as "Acceptance", "Cancellation", "Complete", Rate" functions in real-time. Once the service is completed, the Service Provider becomes available again.

* The system takes care of Off-days so that on those days you will not be listed.

* Huznia offers different Subscriptions to Service Providers categorised into 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 1 year. They also choose the coverage area of operation.
