i-Reach Mobile, Micro Learning app designed to deliver micro learning courses. The e-Learning administrators are able to create Learning Capsules. A Learning Capsule is a focused learning nugget (often 3-5 min's long or shorter) that is designed using video, audio, text and graphics to meet a specific learning outcome. One such Learning Capsule can contain a Learning Reinforcement or two. A traditional training course can be decomposed into a few Micro learning courses. Just install the iReach Mobile app and include URL given by your company to activate the mobile app and use your mobile number to login to the app
