Id8TE Student Portal provides research and tools for science-based mindfulness
Id8TE’s Student Portal is the destination for selected books, curated videos, media and journaled research on science-based modern mindfulness. Being mindful is a simple concept, but establishing an effective personal practice takes time, discipline and training. Id8TE’s Student Portal App provides the information and tools to turn that intention into action.
Mindfulness and Insight Meditation are thousands-year-old disciplines that have been practiced, examined and reported on from every conceivable perspective.
