IEMT 2018

The International Electronics Manufacturing Technology (IEMT) Conference is the premier IEEE event devoted to the manufacture of electronic, opto-electronic and MEMS/sensors devices and systems. IEMT is an established International conference of long standing organized by the Electronics Packaging Society (EPS) Society of IEEE. The 38th International Electronics Manufacturing Technology (IEMT) Conference 2018 is organized by the IEEE EPS Malaysia Chapter with co-sponsorship from IEEE Santa Clara Valley Chapter.

The objective is to create an international forum for the exchange, dissemination, and discussion of state-of-the-art technologies and recent developments in electronic materials, packaging and assembly. Following the great success in the previous IEMT conferences which were well-attended by more than 10 major countries, the upcoming conference will be held in Malacca, Malaysia. So come and meet world-renowned authorities from the Asia-Pacific region, USA and Europe. Papers are invited from industry participants as well as researchers from the academia and government research organizations.
