Either through chat or by phone, you can request Booking à la carte, Gift&Flower Delivery, Car Rent, Custom Travel Services, Delivery Personal Assistant and Taxi/Driver Services. You can also use our Reminder services to keep in mind what you need most.

If you have a Company Code, please enter it in the first screen to tailor your experience and access freely from your phone to the services that such company currently provides you. Please consult with your current service providers (i.e. your bank, phone company or insurance company) or with any other company you’re a client of (i.e. car manufacturer, department store or favourite airline) if they have a Company Code for you.

If you do not have a Company Code, you can obtain it later and rest assured you will have access to the world-class assistance services when you need them.

To expedite the process of attending you during a rush, you can fill out your profile so that we know your information upfront and service you right away.

When you preload your data you allow us to access your information upfront and to assist you more swiftly. All the data is stored in your phone and we won´t have access to it until the moment you ask for assistance. In Iké Asistencia we have the security certifications PCI-DSS and ISO 27001:2005 so the information you provide is completely safe and confidential.
