ACLSMED Simulator turns Android tablets and phones into a complete clinical training rig. One tablet becomes the patient monitor, defibrillator and pacer. The instructor remote that drives the scenario runs on a second tablet or on your phone. Add an infusion pump, a ventilator and a CPR skills test, and one classroom runs a full code.

Built for nursing schools, paramedic programs, residency simulation labs and continuing-education ACLS courses. Aligned with AHA 2025 guidelines (effective March 2026).

FIVE ROLES - ONE PER DEVICE

- MONITOR - Patient monitor with six live channels: ECG, arterial line, pulmonary artery, CVP, SpO2 and EtCO2, plus NIBP, temperature and respiratory rate. Integrated defibrillator with energy select, charge, shock and AED analysis with spoken prompts, and a transcutaneous pacer with capture. On-screen 12-lead viewer, chest X-ray, and labs (ABG, BMP, CBC, cardiac markers, coags). Nine monitor styles.

- INSTRUCTOR - The educator's remote. Set every vital sign, switch among 47 rhythms, load any of 33 MegaCode scenarios, toggle CPR, and push a 12-lead, X-ray or lab panel to the monitor. On a phone it is built for one hand; open a foldable and it becomes two pages, traces beside controls.

- CPR SIMULATOR - A six-station CPR skills test on one tablet. Up to six students join with the tablet's class code and compress on a manikin with a phone running the free ACLSMED CPR app. A two-minute test shows a live quality bar for each student, then a scored debrief: rate, depth and hands-on fraction per student, a focus area for each and a class leaderboard.

- IVMED - Dual-channel infusion pump trainer with a 62-drug library by care area, weight-based dosing, and soft and hard limit alerts.

- RESPMED - Ventilator trainer with nine modes (AC/VC, SIMV/VC, PRVC, AC/PC, SIMV/PC, PSV, CPAP, BiPAP, APRV). A lung model drives the waveforms and readouts are measured breath by breath. Prioritized alarms, holds, lung pathologies and ABG interpretation.

HOW THE ROOM CONNECTS

Devices discover each other over your local Wi-Fi. Only devices signed in to your account join your room, and their messages are encrypted. Student phones join with the day's class code. Clinical commands never leave the room.

WORKS WITH ACLSMED CPR (FREE)

Our free phone app for manikin practice measures compression rate, depth zone and hands-on time. Alone it scores solo practice; in your class it powers the CPR Simulator test, the monitor's compression artefact and the code debrief.

REQUIREMENTS

- Monitor, IVmed, RESPmed and CPR Simulator: an Android tablet, 7 inches or larger, running Android 8.0 or later

- Instructor remote: an Android tablet or phone, including foldables, running Android 8.0 or later

- A local Wi-Fi network shared by the devices in the room

- Internet to sign in; the room then works offline

- An active ACLSMED plan, purchased in-app

- CPR Simulator only: the free ACLSMED CPR app on student phones
