How to use inGin app in three easy steps

• Click Download to start app.

• Click ACCEPT to select passenger.

• Click START to begin trip after you pickup passenger from location.

• Collect extra TIP money from passenger and click END to complete trip.

Note:

• For every trip through inGin app, passenger agrees to pay driver extra as TIP money. This TIP is calculated at a certain rate (Rs/Km) which is presented to passenger before their use of ‘Search’. So, for every trip, in addition to fare charged by driver, an additional TIP (as calculated by the app) is to be collected directly by the driver from passenger. inGin will collect this TIP money from driver and pay commission to driver. inGin will NOT collect any part of the Fare charged by driver.

• Use of GPS can drain the battery. Use of internet and related payments as per terms of service provider. App works better on a 3G/4G connection

• inGin network merely provides a digital platform to introduce app user and service provider (driver). It has no ownership or contract of employment with driver and is not responsible for his action or inaction.
