Rewrote and modernized code reading internet streams, should handle slow servers better.

Rewrote and modernized MP3 stream playing code.

App now shows stream info including format, sample rate and bit rate. Data is taken from server supplied info plus calculated values.

App will retry playing a stream if there is a network error. If the connection fails again within a minute the app will stop retrying.
