Dr. Pal leads the JibonOJeebika Foundation, which has now grown into a collective of hundreds of volunteers consisting of top-tier teachers, scientists, software engineers, and other professional managers. Together, they are dedicated to teaching and overseeing the development of students from the first grade to the master’s degree level. The foundation places a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and reskilling of its volunteer teachers. They are trained in utilizing state-of-the-art AI systems such as Chat-GPT, Latex-driven mock test SaaS, and various other educational applications. This ensures that students in Bengal stay ahead and do not lag behind the ever-evolving learning curve.
