Attention: the use of Jo requires a working internet connection for the download of your virtual key and the transmission of your inventory. If, when you arrive, your internet connection is not available, go to the airport lobby and connect your phone to the airport wifi to download your key!

A battery problem? All Jo vehicles are equipped with RFID cards on which you can very easily transfer your virtual key. This will then be used to lock and unlock your vehicle for the duration of your rental. You can switch the key back to your phone at any time.
