The lister controls the price and selects the worker they are comfortable with.

Payment is simplified, with no need for cash, and in many instances no need to meet with the worker prior to the job being undertaken. The Joblist platform deducts a 15% fee from each transaction.

Workers are validated through the feedback and rating system, providing comfort around trustworthiness and reliability.
