Autotask LiveMobile 2.0 Preview

LiveMobile Android is being upgraded with a new native top layer of access, dashboards and navigation.

The preview version of LiveMobile Android 2.0 is being made available to allow all users to experience the new mobile version at their own pace (when they wish). The existing installed LiveMobile Android app will remain for day to day use for a limited time (should users wish to continue using it).

There are some known issues outlined below that will be addressed before a full release. This preview period allows us to gather additional feedback to address any issues. We hope to transition from the preview version and update the LiveMobile App for the entire base in 1 to 3 weeks (depending on feedback).

LiveMobile Android version 2.0 includes:

new native login with biometric support

2 factor support and single sign-on

native dashboard access

native menu and navigation

native ticket, task and queue grids

native account and contact search
