Discipline Makes It Easy

Habits are formed when we do things out of discipline daily. Seinfeld strategy is a working method of reinforcing habits by clicking a tick box everyday for a task performed which becomes a habit as time progresses.

Use reminder notes, for each habit, that are shuffled and presented in a persistent notification panel note to remind you of your habits every time you look into the phone and check the notification panel.

The App can function independently as a TODO List on the notification panel when you are not using reminder notes for habits. Add to that you have a long term and short goal display option on the same notification panel note.
